If you set up an account it will contain the information you provided, alongside a record of the orders you have placed.

 

If you order as a guest visitor, you do not have an account. We will hold information related to your order though for as long as it is required to assist you with your order.

 

We will collect information showing your IP address and country you are visiting us from so we can offer you according payment currency Pound sterling or EUR.

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY


Delivery policy


Delivery only to UK.
Packing and postage is free on all orders over £29.99, £3.50 if less than £29.99.
Items ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, orders dispatched after 2pm will be processed/dispatched the following day.

Delivery normally within 2-8 working days by Royal Mail unless severe disruption is planned another delivery service will be used; in exceptional circumstances delivery may be up to 28 days. 


Out of stock items clients can place a pre-order.


If in the unlikely event that an item you want is out of stock, you will be sent all other items that you have ordered that are in stock. Once this item comes back into stock it will be automatically posted to you straight away. You have the right to cancel the out of stock item should you wish and a full refund will be issued on that item.


Returns policy


Products can be returned within 30 days. In the event an item arrives damaged, the client can return the item and full refund of postage and cost of item will be issued. If an exchange of product is requested the client will pay returns and delivery with the exchanged item; in the event with the exchange item client orders more items up to £29.99, then delivery will be free. For returned damaged items, once the item will be inspected a full refund will be issued. The client has the right to cancel or return the items; if the order was processed and handed for delivery (daily after 2pm) then client will get full refund once products are returned undamaged, in the original package postage paid by client and a refund will be issued for the items returned once inspected.
