When a client buys products from Us, the client is entering into a contract with Us. As a potential customer you have two options: set up and account or purchase as a guest user. To fulfil the order we  ask you to provide some personal information such as:

   Postal address (delivery address) and Billing address

   Your contact phone number (mobile number) in case courier service needs to contact you for delivery

If you set up an account it will contain the information you provided, alongside a record of the orders you have placed.

If you order as a guest visitor, you do not have an account. We will hold information related to your order though for as long as it is required to assist you with your order.

We will collect information showing your IP address and country you are visiting us from so we can offer you according payment currency Pound sterling or EUR.

We will also collect IP address and country information for the purpose of preventing and protecting from any virus, malicious software and hacker attacks.

We will keep in the website database your account login details, including your user name and chosen password so you can access your account next time you visit us and for the purpose of preventing and protecting from any virus, malicious software and hacker attacks.

If you contact Us with an enquiry but do not enter into a contract with Us, we will normally delete your personal data after 3 months except your account details which kept for as long as you keep the account with Us.

If you order products from Us, we will keep contract information (including personal data) for 3 years after the end of the contract. We can keep this information for a longer period after termination of the contract in case we are required by law or regulatory authorities to do so.

Security

When you have chosen login/password that allows you to access the web site, you are responsible for keeping that confidential. You may not to share your login/password with anyone. 

We will never be asking you for your passwords.

All information you provide to Us is only stored on secure servers of hosting provider excluding your payment details which are only kept by payment provider (either Stripe or PayPal). Payment transaction security is provided by payment provider.

The Web site is not involved in collecting payment details or transaction processing.

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery policy

Delivery only to UK.
Packing and postage is free on all orders over £29.99, £3.50 if less than £29.99.
Items ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, orders dispatched after 2pm will be processed/dispatched the following day.

Delivery normally within 2-8 working days by Royal Mail unless severe disruption is planned another delivery service will be used; in exceptional circumstances delivery may be up to 28 days. 

Out of stock items clients can place a pre-order.

If in the unlikely event that an item you want is out of stock, you will be sent all other items that you have ordered that are in stock. Once this item comes back into stock it will be automatically posted to you straight away. You have the right to cancel the out of stock item should you wish and a full refund will be issued on that item.

Returns policy

Products can be returned within 30 days. In the event an item arrives damaged, the client can return the item and full refund of postage and cost of item will be issued. If an exchange of product is requested the client will pay returns and delivery with the exchanged item; in the event with the exchange item client orders more items up to £29.99, then delivery will be free. For returned damaged items, once the item will be inspected a full refund will be issued. The client has the right to cancel or return the items; if the order was processed and handed for delivery (daily after 2pm) then client will get full refund once products are returned undamaged, in the original package postage paid by client and a refund will be issued for the items returned once inspected.
